　　除塵器的工作原理如下：含塵氣體由下部敞開(kāi)式法蘭進(jìn)入過(guò)濾室，較粗顆粒直接落入灰倉(cāng)，含塵氣體經(jīng)濾袋過(guò)濾，粉塵阻留于袋表，凈氣經(jīng)袋口到凈氣室，由風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。當(dāng)濾袋表面的粉塵不斷增加，程控儀開(kāi)始工作，逐個(gè)開(kāi)啟脈沖閥，使壓縮空氣通過(guò)噴口對(duì)濾袋進(jìn)行噴吹清灰，使濾袋突然膨脹，在反向氣流的作用下，賦予袋表的粉塵迅速脫離濾袋落入灰倉(cāng)，粉塵由卸灰閥排出。

The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag. Under the action of reverse airflow erosion, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper.

　　清灰完畢后，電磁脈沖閥關(guān)閉，提升閥打開(kāi)，該室又恢復(fù)過(guò)濾狀態(tài)。清灰各室依次進(jìn)行，從第一室清灰開(kāi)始至下一次清灰開(kāi)始為一個(gè)清灰周期。脫落的粉塵掉入灰斗內(nèi)通過(guò)缷灰閥排出。

After the ash cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the lifting valve is opened, and the room returns to the filtering state. The cleaning process is carried out sequentially in each room, with one cleaning cycle from the first cleaning to the next cleaning. The detached dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
