沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪廢氣處理是一種利用吸附-脫附-濃縮焚化連續(xù)性過程對VOCs廢氣進(jìn)行處理凈化的技術(shù)。

沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪的基質(zhì)是陶瓷纖維表面涂布一層吸附劑,一般為活性炭或疏水性沸石,制成蜂巢狀圓形轉(zhuǎn)輪。轉(zhuǎn)輪分為三個區(qū)域,分別為吸附處理區(qū)、再生脫附區(qū)和冷卻區(qū)。吸附處理區(qū)較大,主要用于吸附廢氣中的VOCs;再生脫附區(qū)與冷卻區(qū)為兩個較小且面積相等的處理區(qū)域,分別為脫附和冷卻轉(zhuǎn)輪。

前處理階段:車間收集的廢氣首先經(jīng)過三級干式過濾器除去細(xì)小顆粒物,以保護(hù)治理效果和使用壽命。

吸附濃縮階段:預(yù)處理后的廢氣通過沸石被吸附,變頻主風(fēng)機將凈化后尾氣排入大氣。
Adsorption concentration stage: The pre treated exhaust gas is adsorbed through zeolite, and the purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by a variable frequency main fan.
脫附階段:轉(zhuǎn)輪內(nèi)VOCs被濃縮在沸石吸附區(qū),部分廢氣經(jīng)過冷卻區(qū)后利用換熱器提供的熱流加溫,之后經(jīng)過加熱器進(jìn)行加熱到220℃左右,再進(jìn)行脫附,脫附完成后旋轉(zhuǎn)至冷卻區(qū),以常溫空氣吹噓冷卻至常溫、再旋轉(zhuǎn)至吸附濃縮區(qū)。
Desorption stage: VOCs in the runner are concentrated in the zeolite adsorption zone, and some of the exhaust gas passes through the cooling zone and is heated using the heat flow provided by the heat exchanger. Then, it is heated to around 220 ℃ by the heater before desorption. After desorption is completed, it is rotated to the cooling zone, cooled to room temperature with room temperature air, and then rotated to the adsorption concentration zone.
催化氧化階段:脫附出高濃度VOCs氣流,以脫附風(fēng)機抽送至催化燃燒爐內(nèi)進(jìn)行催化裂解處理,VOCs被轉(zhuǎn)化為CO2(g)和H2O(g)排放至大氣。
Catalytic oxidation stage: High concentration VOCs gas flow is desorbed and pumped to the catalytic combustion furnace for catalytic cracking treatment using a desorption fan. VOCs are converted into CO2 (g) and H2O (g) and discharged into the atmosphere.
