主要由分布在各個工位上的吸氣臂進行點對點的焊接煙塵的捕集，集中收集到管道。吸氣臂內(nèi)部支架全部用不銹鋼管制作，耐腐蝕效果好，吸氣臂外部軟管為進口防腐耐高溫鋼絲軟管，吸氣臂罩口可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況定為馬蹄形和禮帽型兩種形式。

焊接煙塵凈化系統(tǒng)也可分為很多種形式，但大多數(shù)情況采用濾筒是除塵器。濾筒式除塵器優(yōu)勢在于設(shè)備體積小過濾面積大，凈化精度高等。

控制系統(tǒng)主要分為兩種形式：

一是變頻控制系統(tǒng)，此控制系統(tǒng)需硬件配備變頻風(fēng)機，電控管道風(fēng)閥感應(yīng)器件等。達到根據(jù)開工工位數(shù)量進行主機的變頻控制同事控制管道通風(fēng)管路，已達到定向輸送吸風(fēng)，節(jié)省運行能源的目的。
