單色粉末自動噴粉系統(tǒng)介紹
自動噴粉生產(chǎn)線采用水平面輸送布置,上下料區(qū)預(yù)留周轉(zhuǎn)區(qū)。根據(jù)工件的生產(chǎn)需求配對生產(chǎn)線工藝速度1.5—6.0m/min,生產(chǎn)線可調(diào)速度0.5-6.0m/min,變頻調(diào)速控制。懸掛輸送機運行需平穩(wěn),無爬行或卡死現(xiàn)象,驅(qū)動機構(gòu)須設(shè)置過載自動保護裝置、重錘張緊裝置、鏈條軌道自動加油裝置,張緊裝置上設(shè)有位移極限保護開關(guān),全線各關(guān)鍵部位均設(shè)有懸鏈急停開關(guān),驅(qū)動設(shè)有機械、電氣雙重安全保護,自動噴粉線應(yīng)設(shè)接油接灰及自動清潔接灰盤功能等,雙驅(qū)動同步自動找補誤差智能識別功能。
The automatic powder spraying production line adopts a horizontal conveying layout, with a reserved turnover area for loading and unloading. According to the production needs of the workpiece, the production line is paired with a process speed of 1.5-6.0m/min, an adjustable speed of 0.5-6.0m/min, and variable frequency speed control. The suspension conveyor needs to operate smoothly without crawling or jamming. The driving mechanism must be equipped with overload automatic protection device, heavy hammer tensioning device, and chain track automatic refueling device. The tensioning device is equipped with displacement limit protection switch, and all key parts of the entire line are equipped with suspension chain emergency stop switches. The drive is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual safety protection. The automatic powder spraying line should be equipped with functions such as oil and ash connection and automatic cleaning of ash tray. The dual drive synchronous automatic error correction intelligent recognition function is also required.
自動噴粉系統(tǒng)采用單色粉末對爬架零部件進行全面噴涂,總涂層厚度60-80μm,工件各表面無漏涂現(xiàn)象,涂層均勻致密有光澤,附著力達到2級,表面硬度≧3H,硬物刻劃不會起皮,表面無發(fā)黃、起泡或脫落缺陷 ;采用2套自動噴槍系統(tǒng)對工件噴涂,自動往復(fù)機升降變頻可調(diào),最大行程按工件設(shè)置,自動噴槍系統(tǒng)自動感應(yīng)控制,噴槍單獨可控。
The automatic powder spraying system uses monochromatic powder to comprehensively spray the climbing frame components, with a total coating thickness of 60-80 μ m. There are no missed coatings on the surfaces of the workpiece, and the coating is uniform, dense, and glossy. The adhesion reaches level 2, and the surface hardness is ≥ 3H. Hard objects will not peel when scratched, and there are no yellowing, bubbling, or peeling defects on the surface; Two sets of automatic spray gun systems are used to spray the workpiece. The automatic reciprocating machine has adjustable frequency conversion for lifting and lowering, and the maximum stroke is set according to the workpiece. The automatic spray gun system automatically senses and controls the spray gun separately.
噴粉車間的每個噴涂室內(nèi)預(yù)設(shè)2個人工手動補噴工位,用于補噴。人工補噴位和自動主噴位須設(shè)置側(cè)板隔離,并配照明系統(tǒng),預(yù)留空間以備后期機器人代替人工手動補漆改造。人工補噴位和自動主噴位具備供粉系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)自動補粉,人工只需要放到指定地方。
Each spraying room in the powder spraying workshop is equipped with 2 manual spraying stations for spraying. The manual repainting position and the automatic main repainting position must be equipped with side panel isolation and lighting systems, with reserved space for robots to replace manual repainting in the future. The manual spraying position and the automatic main spraying position are equipped with a powder supply system to achieve automatic powder replenishment, and the manual only needs to be placed in the designated place.
噴涂線采用大旋風(fēng)單色系統(tǒng),2.0mm的冷鋼板做旋風(fēng)分離器的本體,需要有二級過濾(配防靜電、附膜濾芯),配防爆型風(fēng)機,風(fēng)機品牌要求南方風(fēng)機或同等級以上品牌。燈具為防爆燈,噴房主體材料采用PP三明治板制作,隔離房側(cè)面用50mm的巖棉板,頂部用的是50mm的玻鎂板。
The spraying line adopts a large cyclone monochrome system, with a 2.0mm cold steel plate as the main body of the cyclone separator. It needs to have a secondary filtration (equipped with anti-static and attached film filter elements) and an explosion-proof fan. The fan brand requires a Southern fan or a brand of the same level or above. The lighting fixtures are explosion-proof, and the main material of the spray booth is made of PP sandwich panels. The side of the isolation room is made of 50mm rock wool board, and the top is made of 50mm glass magnesium board.
自動噴涂作業(yè)要求噴槍具有上下以及整體前后移動功能,品牌要求為瑞士金馬/德國瓦格納或同等級以上品牌。噴涂車間需要有防爆系統(tǒng)、粉塵濃度檢測裝置,粉房壓差檢測,檢測均帶設(shè)備報警。品質(zhì)確認(rèn)區(qū)是在噴粉后到固化爐之間需要封閉,在封閉區(qū)增加一個目視檢查工位,在進入固化爐之前可檢出不良品。
The automatic spraying operation requires the spray gun to have up and down as well as overall forward and backward movement functions, and the brand should be Swiss Jinma/German Wagner or a brand of the same level or above. The spraying workshop needs to have an explosion-proof system, dust concentration detection device, powder room pressure difference detection, and all detection devices are equipped with equipment alarms. The quality confirmation area needs to be closed between the powder spraying and the curing furnace. A visual inspection station should be added to the closed area to detect defective products before entering the curing furnace.
