　　VOCs廢氣處理設備和其它的生產(chǎn)、生活用品一樣，使用中也會出現(xiàn)這樣那樣的問題，但是正常的使用和保養(yǎng)能夠延長VOCs廢氣處理設備的使用壽命，讓設備較加高速的運轉(zhuǎn)，機器工作時需要處理的廢氣由風管引入凈化塔，噴淋塔經(jīng)過填料層，在通過袋式除塵器，進入活性炭吸附箱體內(nèi)，進行吸附廢氣處理，吸附處理過后，再有催化燃燒裝置進行凈化，催化燃燒裝置產(chǎn)生的熱氣流回轉(zhuǎn)到活性炭吸附箱內(nèi)，將吸附飽和后的活性炭進行高溫脫附，以此流程凈化后的廢氣可以合理的達到地方排放標準的排放要求，低于我國排放標準。

　　一、VOC廢氣處理設備在不同情況下要如何檢查？

　　1、日常運行檢查：經(jīng)過試車、調(diào)試進入正常生產(chǎn)后，操作人員每天要定期巡回檢查設備現(xiàn)場。把巡回檢查的結(jié)果如實記錄下來，與運行記錄一起給予總結(jié)，作為定期維修的資料。

　　3、安裝準備階段檢查：VOCs廢氣處理設備及附件在已進行嚴格的質(zhì)量檢查，經(jīng)檢驗合格后發(fā)貨。因此對組裝成形的設備及附件不作不需要的拆卸和打開。但應認真對照發(fā)貨清單。清點、檢查貨物，以便安裝工序順利進行。VOCs廢氣處理設備等在運輸或開箱時，發(fā)現(xiàn)已有涂漆、防銹層損壞，應進行需要的修補。安裝時，在設備本體表面不允許進行電焊、氣割作業(yè)，以內(nèi)部橡膠襯層不被燒壞。
