蓄熱式焚燒系統(tǒng)(RTO)是利用陶瓷蓄熱體來儲(chǔ)存有機(jī)廢氣分解時(shí)產(chǎn)生的熱量,并用陶瓷蓄熱體儲(chǔ)存的熱能來預(yù)熱和分解未被處理的有機(jī)廢氣,從而達(dá)到很高的熱效率,氧化溫度一般在 800℃ 到 850℃ 之間,高可達(dá)1100℃。 蓄熱式焚燒系統(tǒng)主要用于有機(jī)廢氣濃度較低而廢氣量較大的場合,在有機(jī)廢氣中含有腐蝕性、對催化劑有毒的物質(zhì)和需要較高溫度氧化某些臭氣時(shí)也非常適用。
Regenerative incineration system (RTO) uses ceramic thermal storage to store the heat generated during the decomposition of organic waste gas, and uses the heat stored in ceramic thermal storage to preheat and decompose untreated organic waste gas, achieving high thermal efficiency. The oxidation temperature is generally between 800 ℃ and 850 ℃, up to 1100 ℃. The regenerative incineration system is mainly used in situations where the concentration of organic waste gas is low and the amount of waste gas is large. It is also very suitable when the organic waste gas contains corrosive and toxic substances to the catalyst, and when certain odors need to be oxidized at high temperatures.

The working principle of two chamber RTO is that organic waste gas is fed into the heat storage chamber 1 through an induced draft fan for heating, absorbing the heat stored in the heat storage body, and then enters the incineration chamber for further combustion. The temperature is raised to the set temperature (760 ℃), during which the organic components are completely decomposed into CO2 and H2O. Due to the exhaust gas absorbing the heat recovered from the previous cycle in regenerative chamber 1, fuel consumption is reduced.
處理過后的高溫廢氣進(jìn)入蓄熱室2進(jìn)行熱交換,熱量被蓄熱體吸收,隨后排放。而蓄熱室2存儲(chǔ)的熱量將可用于下個(gè)循環(huán)對新輸入的廢氣進(jìn)行加熱。該過程完成后系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)切換進(jìn)氣和出氣閥門改變廢氣流向,使有機(jī)廢氣經(jīng)由蓄熱室2進(jìn)入,焚燒處理后由蓄熱室1熱交換后排放,如此交替切換持續(xù)運(yùn)行。
The high-temperature exhaust gas after treatment enters the heat storage chamber 2 for heat exchange, and the heat is absorbed by the heat storage body before being discharged. The heat stored in regenerative chamber 2 will be used for heating the newly input exhaust gas in the next cycle. After the process is completed, the system automatically switches the inlet and outlet valves to change the flow direction of the exhaust gas, allowing the organic exhaust gas to enter through the heat storage chamber 2. After incineration treatment, it is discharged after heat exchange in the heat storage chamber 1. This alternating switch continues to operate.

In fact, the temperature of the RTO waste gas incinerator allows the waste gas to be fully oxidized and decomposed, as well as the required temperature. It is not the general ignition point of waste, as it can completely decompose by meeting the harmful substances in the exhaust gas, so the temperature is very high. This temperature is also an important factor in the design of the incinerator.

It not only increases the incineration temperature, but also helps to suppress black smoke during the incineration process. Due to the high temperature, fuel consumption is one aspect. On the other hand, it increases the volatilization of metals and increases the content of chlorine dioxide, resulting in two types of pollution. So please remember that the incineration temperature should not be too high.
